ProKel Mobility ("ProKel," "we," "us," or "our") provides contracted public-transportation operations and mobility technology to cities, transit agencies, and institutional partners.   1. Account & contact details name, email, phone number, and password when you create a RideKel account or contact us.
  2. Booking & trip details pickup and drop-off locations, trip times, accessibility needs, and preferences.
  3. Payment information processed securely through third-party payment processors; we do not store full card numbers.
  4. Communications messages, feedback, support requests, and survey responses.

Information collected automatically

  1. Location data with your permission, real-time and trip-related location to enable tracking, booking, and routing.
  2. Device & usage data device type, operating system, app version, IP address, and how you interact with the Services.

3. How We Use Information

We use information to:

  1. Provide, operate, and improve transportation services and the RideKel platform;
  2. Plan trips, dispatch vehicles, process bookings, and enable real-time tracking;
  3. Process fares and payments and prevent fraud;

  5. Analyze performance and produce reporting for our agency and city partners (typically in aggregated or de-identified form);

  1. Transit agency & city partners the public agencies for whom we operate service, for administration, oversight, and reporting.
  2. Service providers technology, hosting, mapping, communications, and payment providers who process data on our behalf under contract (for example, the RideKel platform provider and payment processors).
  3. Safety & legal where required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of riders, staff, and the public.
  4. Business transfers in connection with a merger, acquisition, or transfer of assets, subject to this policy.

5. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to enable core functionality, remember preferences, and understand site usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may affect functionality. Where required, we request consent for non-essential cookies.
