North Charleston NFLer donates protective equipment, sanitizer to hometown

The NFL veteran has teamed up with ProKel Mobility CEO Kelly Gonzalez Jr. to donate protective masks and gallon-sized hand sanitizers to residents in both North Charleston and in Cincinnati.

“I am beyond thankful for the opportunity I’ve been given by Carlos Dunlap and his foundation. It is an incredible blessing to be able to share my network, logistics knowledge and available resources so that it is able to get in the hands of those that need it most,” Gonzalez stated.

Dunlap, along with The Carlos Dunlap Foundation, also donated $10,000 and is assisting both the Lowcountry Foodbank and Mt. Moriah’s Missionary Baptist Church to help provide food to those in need.

Efforts being made by ProKel Mobility and The Carlos Dunlap Foundation have been led by Dr. Diana Ross-Jackson, an active member in the North Charleston community.

Combining his contributions in North Charleston and Cincinnati, Dunlap has helped provide nearly 100,000 meals.
